The Portugese based brand will enter the market with their very first collection in FW20/21. “Dear World” is about being in harmony with your feelings, surroundings and nature. It’s about being conscious, listen deeply, observe. Every little thing in this world is telling us a story, we just have to be ready to connect.
Jellymade wants to transmit the beauty of simplicity, focusing on colors and textures while showing us a new concept of serenity. The patterns are elaborated but comfortable at the same time, designed with elastic waistbands and adjustable straps to ensure they adapt to each and every child. The fabrics used are recycled, easy care fabrics. You will find organic muslin, organic french terry or cotton twill in this collection. In order to achieve the wonderful hand feel, soft washes are added. The sizes range from age 3 to 12, with a simple yet stylish aesthetic that transcends both season and time. Everything is made in Portugal.
So, who stands behind this newcomer brand you might ask yourself? After studying fashion design in Barcelona and having worked in the Kidswear world for many years, Irene Zugaza, the founder and Creative Director, decided it was time to take a moment and rethink what legacy we want to leave to our children and future generations. She felt the necessity to provide families an “oasis” in this frenetic and stressful world by creating a relaxed universe clothing brand that would stand for the things well done, and would celebrate kids pureness.
